We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may be available for select products. Availability, shipping costs, and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.
Free standard shipping may be offered on select products or promotions. Any applicable shipping fees will be disclosed before order confirmation.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may vary for specialty, oversized, freight, or high-demand products.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically occurs within 4–7 business days after shipment for most domestic orders.
Certain products — including electric bikes, robotics equipment, drones, and other high-value items — may require additional processing and transit time. These products may ship from manufacturer facilities, authorized distributors, or specialized fulfillment centers.
For these items, estimated delivery timelines may extend to 5–10 business days or longer depending on product type, carrier, and destination. Product-specific delivery estimates will be clearly displayed on the individual product page.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, supply chain constraints, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Freight & Oversized Deliveries
Large or high-value items may be shipped via LTL freight carriers.
Freight deliveries may:
• Require scheduled delivery appointments
• Be delivered curbside (not inside delivery)
• Require an adult signature upon delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive freight shipments and for providing accurate contact information for delivery coordination.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with established carriers to ensure safe and trackable delivery. Domestic carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or reputable LTL freight providers for oversized items.
All shipments include tracking information. Insurance coverage during transit may vary depending on the carrier and product type.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that includes:

Delivery Issues
Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will assist in communicating with the carrier and investigating the delay.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no delivery and the carrier confirms loss, we will work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact us immediately. We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
We will review the documentation and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Missing Items
If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and details. We will investigate and resolve the issue as appropriate.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility requirements.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
