Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern payment obligations and billing processes between RoboSmartDepot ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By placing an order on robosmartdepot.com, you agree to these Terms.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law.

Billing Errors

If we identify a billing error, we will correct it promptly.

If you have been overcharged, we will refund or credit the difference. If you have been undercharged due to system or pricing error, we reserve the right to invoice the outstanding balance or cancel the order prior to shipment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law in the State of Delaware.

Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement regarding billing matters.
