Product Defects & Arrival Issues
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will review the issue and coordinate an appropriate resolution in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and our Return & Refund Policy.
Warranty Coverage & Limitations
Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or neglect
- Accidental damage or environmental exposure outside normal conditions
- Normal wear and tear

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty-related request, email support@robosmartdepot.com with:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
Our team will review your request and advise on next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or manufacturer referral depending on the product and warranty terms.
Shipping & Service Responsibility
Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer:
- Customers are responsible for shipping products to the designated service location for warranty evaluation.
- If a warranty claim is approved, return shipping of the repaired or replacement item may be covered.
- Labor, installation, or third-party service costs are not covered unless explicitly stated in writing.
Warranty Transferability
Manufacturer warranties are typically non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
