Refunds & Returns Policy

At Robo Smart Depot, we want every customer to feel confident and secure when ordering from us. That’s why we’ve made our return and refund process clear, fair, and hassle-free.


1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.


2. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect: We’ll cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • If you simply change your mind: You’re welcome to return the item, but return shipping is your responsibility.


3. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives with damage or isn’t functioning properly, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll cover return shipping and once the item is inspected, we’ll provide a full refund or send a replacement, including reimbursement for your original shipping charges (if any).


4. Returns for Changed Mind

If you decide you no longer want the product, no problem—as long as:

  • It’s unused,

  • Still in its original packaging, and

  • Returned within 30 days.

You’ll be refunded the cost of the item, minus any shipping charges, once we receive and inspect the return.


5. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Keep in mind that some banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund on their end.

6. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return circumstances. We’ll always inform you in advance if this applies to your case.
