Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 6:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same or next business day.

Processing & Transit Times

• Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days

Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted third-party freight carriers for larger or heavier items, typically delivered via 18-wheeler trucks.
For freight deliveries, you’ll be contacted directly to schedule a curbside drop-off appointment. Please ensure you provide a valid phone number at checkout to avoid any delays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming it has been successfully received and authorized.
As soon as your order ships (usually within 1–2 business days), you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number and link so you can follow its journey to your door.

Need to Update Your Shipping Address?
If you need to change your shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate address changes before your item is dispatched.

Order Cancellations
