The BLUETTI B500 is a 4,960Wh LiFePO4 expansion battery designed exclusively for BLUETTI EP800 and EP900 home energy-storage systems. It increases the storage capacity of a compatible installed system for home backup and energy-storage applications.

Setup and Compatibility
The B500 works only with BLUETTI EP800 and EP900 home energy-storage systems. It is not compatible with the BLUETTI B230, B300, B300S, other expansion-battery families, or third-party inverters.
The B500 cannot connect directly to a home's existing main electrical panel and cannot operate by itself. A compatible EP800 or EP900 inverter and the required system components are necessary.
The system requires grounding and professional installation. Installation, electrical connections, mounting, commissioning, and system changes must be completed according to BLUETTI instructions and applicable electrical requirements.
