Heybike states that the Hybrid is UL 2849 certified and that the battery is UL 2271 certified.
Heybike lists IPX6-rated electrical components and IPX5 whole-bike water resistance. Avoid deep water, pressure washing, or riding in unsafe weather conditions.
The manufacturer states that the Hybrid supports Class 2 and Class 3 switching. Riders are responsible for following local e-bike laws, speed rules, helmet requirements, and path access rules.
