If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.
Cancellation Eligibility
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
