Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and components included
• Serial numbers must match shipment records
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Authorization Process
To begin a return:
• Email support@robosmartdepot.com within 30 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Provide the reason for return
• Attach photos or video if applicable
If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Shipping Requirements
• Items must be shipped within 7 days of return approval
• A trackable and insured shipping method is required
• Customers are responsible for secure packaging to prevent transit damage
RoboSmartDepot is not responsible for damage occurring during return transit due to improper packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items — return shipping covered by RoboSmartDepot
• Change-of-mind returns — customer responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
High-Value & Specialty Items
Certain products such as electric bikes, robotics equipment, drones, and other high-value items may be subject to manufacturer-specific return requirements, restocking fees, or freight return conditions.
Certain products are fulfilled directly by manufacturers or authorized distribution partners. As a result, return approvals, restocking fees, and return logistics may vary depending on supplier policies.
Due to the size, weight, and handling requirements of these products, return logistics may differ from standard items.
For oversized or freight-shipped items, return shipping may require palletized freight service and can incur significantly higher costs depending on location.

Specific Return Scenarios
Change of Mind
• Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
• A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply depending on product condition and return reason
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Defective or Damaged Items
You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or video of the issue.
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following:
• Replacement
• Repair (if applicable)
• Full refund
Return shipping will be covered by us in confirmed cases.
Incorrect Product Received
If you receive an incorrect product, notify us immediately. We will arrange return shipping at our expense and provide a replacement or full refund.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no delivery and the carrier confirms loss, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
Order Cancellation
• Before shipment: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if not yet shipped
• After shipment: The customer must follow the standard return process after receiving the item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Personalized or custom-built products
• Assembled or used e-bikes, scooters, or drones
• Opened software or activation-based products
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software
• Perishable goods
• Opened personal care items
Refund Processing
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Refund processing begins only after the returned item has been received and approved through inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Exchanges
We replace items only if defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact support@robosmartdepot.com.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
RoboSmartDepot reserves the right to dispute chargebacks where proof of delivery and policy compliance exist. Excessive, abusive, or fraudulent return activity may result in refusal of service.
Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
